When it comes to laptops, it’s super easy to get duped by inflated sticker prices, discontinued tech deals, and outright scams (we see you, sketchy third-party sellers), especially around sales events like Memorial Day, Prime Day, and Black Friday.
SEE ALSO: The best laptops for 2025, tested for performance, battery life, design, and valueLuckily, we’re experts in finding the best deals on just about anything, and we’ve rounded up all the best Memorial Day laptop deals still available right here.
We’ve gathered the best deals from all the top brands, including Apple, Asus, Microsoft, and more, so you can find a laptop that fits your budget. We also cross-checked each deal with multiple retailers to ensure you’re getting the best possible price.
The Apple MacBook Air (M4, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD) is one of our favorite laptops (we awarded it a Mashable Choice Award in March) because it’s thin, light, powerful, and more affordable than previous models. You can get it with a 13-inch display (which we’ve featured here) or a larger 15-inch display, though the smaller one is more portable (it weighs 2.7 pounds vs. the 15-inch Air's 3.3 pounds).
This little laptop is speedy with an M4 chip and 16GB of RAM, delivering up to 18 hours of battery life on a single charge. Apple Intelligence is built in, providing a wealth of smart features. The 12MP Center Stage Camera, three microphones, and four Spatial Audio speakers make it ideal for video calls.
With the on-screen coupon, you can get the 13-inch MacBook Air (M4, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD) for 849.99. This isn’t the lowest price we’ve seen — it hit $824.42 on May 11, but it is the cheapest you’ll find right now. Even Best Buy can’t beat this price, and you won’t find a discount like this at the Apple Store.

The Acer Aspire 3 (AMD Ryzen 3 7320U, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) is on sale for $299.99 at Amazon. That's just $70 shy of its lowest price ever (249.99 during Black Friday of 2023), which isn’t bad for a budget-friendly laptop.
This 15.6-inch laptop includes Windows 11 Home and features an AMD Ryzen 3 7320U Quad-Core Processor, AMD Radeon Graphics, and 8GB LPDDR5 (Low Power Double Data Rate 5) memory. This means that it’s more energy-efficient than older models and offers pretty decent battery life.

For video calls, the HD front-facing camera gets a boost from Acer’s TNR (Temporal Noise Reduction) technology to help you look better in low-light conditions, and Acer's PurifiedVoice tech is also built in to filter out distracting background sounds.
Vivobook Go (Intel Dual Core N4500, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD) — $179.99$229.99(save $)
Lenovo IdeaPad 3i (Intel Celeron N4500, 8GB RAM, 64GB eMMC) — $180.18$289.99(save $)
HP 14 (Intel Celeron N4020, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD) — $199.99$229.99(save $)
If you’re looking for a solid gaming laptop, the ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, GeForce RTX 4050, 16GB DDR5, 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD) is a good pick that won’t break the bank. It's currently on sale for $1,164.48, down from $1,249.99 at Amazon.
It has a 17.3-inch FHD 144Hz display (larger than your standard laptop) but is available in smaller sizes if you want something more compact. You’ll also get 16GB of DDR5-4800MHz memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0. (If you need more storage, you can upgrade with the open SSD slot.)
The 90Wh battery and AMD Ryzen processor combo offer pretty decent battery life, too. You can take it on the go, without worrying about it dying on you in the middle of your game. And if it does die, you can get to 50 percent in just 30 minutes of charging.
