It's every dog lovers dream: all the time to walk with your puppy pal,Frivolous Lola but none of the clean up.
For a small monthly fee, the (probably fake) app Pooper claims it will get other people to pick up your dog's poop.
SEE ALSO: This accessory turns your cat's butt into a beautiful jewelSo you and your dog can go about your day with out any smelly embarrassment.
This is how the app works (or would work if it's real, which is probably isn't):
A so-called pooper pays for a monthly subscription.
Once your canine friend does their business, you take a picture and send it on the app.
Then nearby scooper swings by to clean it up. Like an Uber. For poop.
Frankly, it all sounds like a u(poo)topia.
"Poopers" can subscribe for three different plans, ranging from $15-$35.
The website claims that such a service is economical and good for the environment. All scoopers would use recyclable, compostable bags and have a secure sign in, so you have "no headaches, no worries – get back to playing with your dog."
The app's presentation video, while suspicious looking, is also beyond entertaining.
According to the website, the app is still in "beta testing" in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles.
Scoopers can sign up to scoop using the app as well -- and don't worry, scoopers are paid to do the job on their own schedule.
Unfortunately, the app is apparently not taking any new scoopers. So your dreams of poop prosperity must wait.
Creators of the app did not include any contact information on the website, so it is 99 percent likely that it was made as a joke.
However, if the 1 percent likelihood of the app being real comes true, we might be doomed as a society.
In that case, chase those poop dreams, people.
