Shake up your reality competition watching with a quick binge of Netflix's Blown Away. In this series, professional glassblowers go head-to-head as their art is judged by a panel of renowned glass arts specialists. There's fire, puns, fighting, and Deborah. Oh god, is there Deborah.

Best for: Watching a Marvel movie without having to explain everything.
As far as standalone Marvel movies go, Captain Marvel is a pretty great one. Starring Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson, the origin story of Carol Danvers is worth watching again and again — if only for Goose the Flerken.

From the geniuses at the Food Network, catch re-runs of Alton Brown's diabolical competition series Cutthroat Kitchen. In each episode, four professional chefs face-off not only in cooking, but in a bidding war that can place sabotages on other contestants. Think cooking with one hand, using a lighter instead of a stove, bobbing for supplies. Yeah, it's wild.

Best for: Reconnecting with your high school friends who now have Tony Award-winning babies.
Frozen's Kristen Bell hosts this Disney+ reality series, reuniting former cast members from high school musicals for one stellar Encore! performance. Perfect for lovers of nostalgia, musicals, and disasters in the making.

The latest special from comedian Katherine Ryan cannot be missed. A feminist triumph with some delightful jabs at the[insert fanfare]state of things, Glitter Room is worth every minute and sip of wine you'll spend on it.

If you're not already deeply engrossed in the best reality dating show known to humankind, now is the time. Love Islandfollows a cast of singles alone in an exotic house where they must find love or risk elimination. It's... so, so, so great.

Former Saturday Night Livewriter Julio Torres stars in one of the strangest comedy specials ever created. Screamingly funny and increasingly bizarre, Torres walks the audience through all of his favorite "shapes" — complete with props, backstories, and varying levels of urgency.

Easily the most cringe-worthy item on this list, Pen15 is the kind of skin-crawling comedy middle school material was made for. Adult women Maya Erskine and Anna Konkle star as 13-year-olds battling the trials and tribulations of puberty.

Best for: When you want to watch something you feel like you've seen before, but haven't.
Jack Dylan Grazer and Zachary Levi star in the D.C. Comics' tale of a kid given super powers by an ancient wizard. Heart-warming and silly beyond compare, Shazam!is like Tom Hank's Big, but with better action sequences.

Best for:Quietly roasting your corporate sell-out brother.
No show features more terrible people and nail-biting tension than HBO's Succession. A company drama following the wealthy Roy family, this thriller is as nauseating as it is addicting. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll cry some more.
