Twitter user John Lewis was one of the first comment on the reported error, with his snap of the mistake spreading fast online. "It seemed to go almost viral very quickly, which is weird given that I rarely use Twitter," Lewis told AAP.
Unfortunately for Hasbro, it may not be the only "find and replace" error that has affected the game, with Lewis' tweet bringing others out of the woodwork with their own spotted mistakes.

While it's unclear what edition or print run of Trivial Pursuit is effected, BBC report that the mistake was first spotted in 2015, but failed to go viral.
