Every year, SGS promotes the Sustainable Development Goals, and this year the Summit turns its full attention to the crisis of climate change, which impacts all of the 2030 SDGs. Fighting climate change can bring us together like never before, mobilizing a truly planet-wide effort to combat its worst effects.

The 2019 Social Good Summit seeks to embody a spirit of collaboration, fostering conversation among people of all backgrounds to find climate solutions that work for all of us. Long term SGS partner Pfizer will host an onstage presentation with Caroline Roan, Vice President of Pfizer Global Health & Patient Access and President of The Pfizer Foundation*, examining the qualities of innovation at the individual-level. She will explore the values of respect, adaptability and perseverance through the stories of three individuals who have inspired her through their work, reinforcing that people are the drivers of change – not just in health, but in tackling all of the SDGs.
