Amazon and homo eroticism in only angels have wingsfriends are getting hyped for the Super Bowl. The company released a hilarious Super Bowl ad on its YouTube channel on Wednesday.
The ad depicts a fictional scenario in which Alexa loses her voice. The company must scramble to find celebrities to replace her as the voice of the Amazon Echo, and hilarity ensues.

Gordon Ramsay berates an amateur chef for the shortcomings of his grilled cheese sandwich, and Cardi B laughs about the lack of oxygen on Mars. Rebel Wilson makes a cute and cringey attempt to "set the mood" from a bubble bath, and Anthony Hopkins is generally creepy while feeding a peacock.
Amid the confusion, Alexa plays Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow" after being repeatedly instructed to play country music.
Amazon told Mashable that the ad calls upon millennials' favorite celebrities to instill a simple message: Nobody, not even your idols, can best Alexa.
"Needless to say, Rebel, Cardi, Gordon, and Anthony all fail at being Alexa," an Amazon spokesperson told Mashable in an email. "In the end, luckily Alexa feels better and takes back her reigns."
Star-studded and slightly weird Super Bowl ads are steadily becoming Amazon's modus operandi. One of last year's ads, which aired after the game, featured Alec Baldwin, and Jason Schwartzman mooning paparazzi and ending up in jail. It was one of the best ads we saw.
With this year's reboot, Amazon is taking the phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" to heart.
