There's an abundance of videos online that are Ongoing Archivesso captivating, people can't help but watch them over and over again, and today, a Fox News clip was inducted into the archives.
On Friday night, Fox News contributor Raymond Arroyo jokingly fell out of his chair while holding some beer and attempting to take a selfie with host Laura Ingraham. And though Arroyo's actions were intentional, for many Twitter users, the sheer sight of a Fox News anchor wiping out on air was a genuine source of delight.

Once you learn the full context of the segment, however, you realize that there's more going on here. Arroyo and Ingraham's actions were pretty insensitive.
A longer video of the segment shared to YouTube reveals that the two anchors had just finished wrapping up a report on the 259 people who have died while attempting to take dangerous selfies over the past several years.
Arroyo's appearance also came right after reports emerged that the G.O.P.-controlled Senate had pulled in enough votes to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. In a seeming nod to Kavanaugh's highly criticized Senate Judiciary Committee testimony, Arroyo pulled out a six-pack of beer to set up for his selfie joke.
In a single act, he managed to mock both the hundreds of people who died taking selfies andKavanaugh's sexual assault hearing. Ingraham even threw in an "I like beer," in a nod to Kavanaugh's own actual statements. Really classy, folks.
After the video of the fall gained some traction, Ingraham went on Twitter to set the record straight and admit Arroyo's performance was staged. She tagged her tweet with the hashtag #selfiecide, once again making light of the tragic deaths.
At least that explains why Ingraham didn't offer Arroyo any help at all and instead seamlessly transitioned into bashing the ACLU.
