In a heated moment during the second Democratic debate on Erotica Manila Episode 3Thursday, Kamala Harris took aim at rival candidate Joe Biden on race and civil rights.

Harris took Biden to task, saying he worked with segregationist senators to oppose school busing programs meant to integrate schools.

"So I will tell you that, on this subject, it cannot be an intellectual debate among Democrats. We have to take it seriously."

Biden defended himself by calling it a mischaracterization of his position, and claiming he never opposed busing.

Following the exchange, Harris' Twitter account posted a photo of herself as a young girl.

Meanwhile, Google searches for "busing" increased by more than 3000 percent, according to Google Trends.
