China’s search engine giant Baidu is eroticely chargedlooking for more than 3,000 fresh graduates to join sectors ranging from LLM algorithm development and engineering to product operations, in a sign that ERNIE Bot creator’s is continuing to bet on artificial intelligence-driven growth. The job openings are to be filled at Baidu’s headquarters in Beijing, as well as in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou, according to the official website, with technical positions being the most in-demand in this round of campus recruitment. The company plans to add 235 new employees for the position titled Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing Engineer, one of its most-in demand roles, saying the position is to develop core technologies for large-scale machine learning applications.
