Some of them were activists, speaking up for workers' rights (Jeremy Corbyn) or against the war in Iraq (Caroline Lucas). Some were fronting a post-punk, new-wave band “written off as a fourth rate New Order” (Tim Farron). One is the daughter of a vicar (Theresa May) while another had a sick hairstyle (Nicola Sturgeon) back in her days at Greenwood Academy.
We couldn't find a throwback pic for the youngest of 'em all -- 40-year-old Paul Nuttall, leader of the UKIP party -- but he probably doesn't mind, considering he is still only a youngster.
