As she discussed the details of the alleged affair, users were apparently doing some of their own research.

xHamster saw the most dramatic spike in traffic from Washington, DC, where it increased 7 percent during the interview. It was up as much as 5 percent nationwide during the interview -- but that statistic may be underestimated the surge since it was broadcasted at different times in different states.
Although xHamster traffic from women fell by 16 percent, men searched for Stormy Daniels throughout her entire interview.
Of course, this isn't at all unusual. People in the news often inspire upticks in porn searches. For instance, after her interview on CNN about heralleged affair with Donald Trump, Pornhub searches for former Playboy model Karen McDougal skyrocketed. Searches for Aubrey O'Day, who allegedly had an affair with Donald Trump Jr., also spiked after a feature in Page Six.

Still, Stormy reigns supreme. According to xHamster, she is the site's most searched term in 2018.
