The Watch The Silencing OnlineU.S. government released a highly anticipated document today, and, perhaps unsurprisingly, the designated website couldn't handle the load.
The so-called Nunes Memo, a contentious document authored by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes' staff, alleges abuse of power by the F.B.I. in relation to its investigation into the Trump campaign's possible ties to the Russian government.
