Our freshest example concerns NBA player Tristan Thompson, the latest Kardashian-dating athlete. Just to set the record straight: No , he did not get a tattoo paying homage to Khloe Kardashian inked across his back. I mean, 2016 is a bad year but it's not thisbad.

Because this is the internet, many folks just took that photo and ran with it, lamenting Thompson's apparent lack of judgment.

Khloe, Williams said via Twitter on Wednesday afternoon, is his daughter's name.
